The Best Part of Waking Up

Join us for breakfast or our weekend brunch at Mélange. Breakfast delights include Waffles & Chicken Karaage, a French Omelet, a Traditional Japanese Style Breakfast, and Yuzu Ricotta Pancakes. Pair your entrée with a fresh mimosa or curated espresso drink, just the way you like it.
Mélange offers breakfast daily from 7 am - 11 am, and an exquisite weekend brunch on Saturday & Sundays from 7 am - 2 pm.

Dinner Is Served

Inspired by his native Japanese heritage, Chef Mako shares his artistry by creating and combining uniquely flavorful sauces and ingredients to highlight the purity and simplicity of the exquisite seafood, meat, and local produce in our dinner menu.
From Braised Octopus to Saikyo Chilean Sea Bass to Half Roasted Duck with Duck Leg Confit, Mélange highlights a diverse range of savory dishes for an extraordinary culinary experience. Open for dinner from 5 pm - 10 pm from Sunday - Thursday and 5 pm - 11 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

High Tea & High Balls

Join us for classic high tea re-imagined and re-inspired with a twist of a bespoke high ball cocktail pairing. The tea program involves a spectacular tea-infusion, where east meets west, old meets new, sweet meets savory. Available at Mélange from Thursday – Saturday, 12 pm – 5 pm.
